We are not a gym — we are a personal training studio. At Alloy Teravista you train on a program built from your own assessment, in sessions capped at six people, with a certified coach on the floor the whole time.
Alloy Teravista is in the Teravista Crossing center on FM-1460, serving Georgetown, Round Rock, Hutto and Sun City.
The idea is simple: remove the two things that stop most people training consistently — a crowded gym floor, and having to decide what to do once you get there.
Teravista residents: complimentary neighborhood events
We run a wellness series for the Teravista community — self-defense, CPR certification, pickleball injury prevention, a Thanksgiving Turkey Trot and more. Every event is complimentary and open to residents whether or not they train with us.

What a session actually looks like
Sixty minutes, start to finish
You are coached for all of it — the program is already written and a coach is on the floor throughout.
You do not plan the workout
Your program comes out of your own assessment, not off a whiteboard. That is the part hardest to sustain alone, and the part we take off you.
Everyone works at their own level
Six people can be six different programs at six different levels. Nobody has to keep up with the room, and nobody is held back by it.
It adapts as you progress
The work changes as you do, rather than staying the same until you plateau.
Why we cap sessions at six
The six-person cap is the design, not a marketing number. A coach can watch six people — see a knee track wrong, catch a rep going long, adjust a load mid-set. Past that, coaching turns into supervising — which is why form goes unfixed in a busy gym. Capping the room buys the attention and safety of one-on-one training without one-on-one rates.
What is on the floor
Racks and barbells, a full dumbbell range, kettlebells, TRXs, resistance bands, stability balls, weighted balls, a tank for pushing and pulling, air bikes, a skier and ropes. Both studios are equipped the same way — the kit, the format and the coaching are identical, so the only real difference between them is which one is closer to you.
How you progress
Your coach adjusts the work every session — load, reps, which progression you are on — based on what they see on the floor that day. On top of that there is a monthly progress re-assessment. Most people start at twice a week, and your first InBody re-scan lands at the 30-day mark, so you can see the change in the numbers instead of guessing at it.
How training works here
Small group training
Never more than six people in a session, so you get the attention and safety of one-on-one training.
Strength training
Science-based, tailored progression designed to keep you moving safely without the guesswork.
Functional sessions
Built to make everyday life easier — carrying groceries, taking the stairs, lifting a grandchild without thinking about it.
One-on-one personal training
Private coaching on a program built from your own assessment.
Your Starting Point Session
Everyone begins the same way, and nothing is written before it. The Starting Point Session is complimentary, takes about an hour and carries no obligation. It opens with a conversation about your background and goals, then we see how you actually move:
Mobility screen
A quick, professional assessment to identify your movement baseline, so you train safely and effectively.
InBody body composition scan
An accurate scan of your fat, muscle and water levels, giving us real data to track your progress against.
Custom demo workout
A guided, personalized session on the floor so you feel how we coach before you commit to anything.

Who this suits — and who it does not
It suits: Complete beginners, and experienced lifters who want the programming handled. People coming back after a long break. Older adults who want to stay strong and independent. Anyone working around an injury — our coaches are ACE-certified (American Council on Exercise) in functional training and injury prevention, and the program is built around what you can actually do.
It may not suit you if: There is no equipment floor to work out on alone, so if you want to train solo on your own program, this is not that. There are no showers. And we cannot supervise children while you train, though they are welcome to wait in the lobby.
Membership, pricing and cancelling
Sessions run $35–$60 each. That is a per-session rate: training three or more times a week reaches the $35 end, while once or twice a week sits nearer $60.
Memberships are month-to-month, or you can choose a 6- or 12-month term at a better rate. We go through the options at your Starting Point Session rather than over the phone.
Cancelling a session: Cancel a session at least 24 hours ahead and you keep it as a make-up. Cancelling a membership: Cancelling your membership is a separate thing: call, text or email us 30 days in advance.
