We are not a gym. Everything below is coached in person, on a program built from your own assessment, in sessions capped at six people. There is no equipment floor to wander around and no workout for you to plan.
Small Group Training
Our core service, and the reason most people stay.
- Never more than six people in a session.
- 60 minutes, with a certified coach on the floor the whole time.
- Everyone in the room can be working at a different level on a different program.
- Booked online; cancel a session 24 hours ahead and you keep it as a make-up (ending a membership is separate, and needs 30 days’ notice).
One-on-One Personal Training
Private coaching when you want the room to yourself.
- Entirely your session, built from your own assessment.
- Useful if you are working around an injury, training for something specific, or simply prefer privacy.
- Ask us about availability — it is arranged directly with a coach.
Strength Training
Progressive resistance work, programmed rather than improvised.
- Science-based progression that adds load only when you have earned it.
- Built around the lifts that carry over into ordinary life.
- No guesswork and no plan to write yourself — that is our job.
Functional Fitness
Training for the things that get harder with age.
- Getting off the floor, carrying groceries, taking stairs two at a time.
- Mobility and balance work alongside the strength work.
- Coached with injury prevention in mind, which is what our certifications actually cover.
Everyone starts the same way
Before we write anything, we need to see how you move. That is the Starting Point Session:
Mobility screen
A quick, professional assessment to identify your movement baseline, so you train safely and effectively.
InBody body composition scan
An accurate scan of your fat, muscle and water levels, giving us real data to track your progress against.
Custom demo workout
A guided, personalized session on the floor so you feel how we coach before you commit to anything.
What it costs
Sessions run $35–$60 per session, depending on the membership option you choose. That is a per-session rate: training three or more times a week reaches the $35 end, while once or twice a week sits nearer $60.
Memberships are month-to-month, or you can choose a 6- or 12-month term at a better rate.
Your first visit — the Starting Point Session — is complimentary, takes about an hour and carries no obligation. We will walk you through the membership options then, rather than over the phone.
Cancelling
A session: Cancel a session at least 24 hours ahead and you keep it as a make-up.
A membership: Cancelling your membership is a separate thing: call, text or email us 30 days in advance.

What is on the floor
Racks and barbells, a full dumbbell range, kettlebells, TRXs, resistance bands, stability balls, weighted balls, a tank for pushing and pulling, air bikes, a skier and ropes.
How you progress
Your coach adjusts the work every session — load, reps, which progression you are on — based on what they see on the floor that day. On top of that there is a monthly progress re-assessment. Most people start at twice a week, and your first InBody re-scan lands at the 30-day mark, so you can see the change in the numbers instead of guessing at it.
